Online Store Sales Rules and Guidelines
All purchases including yarn purchased during sale periods are Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Regular priced yarn may be exchanged for an equivalent item or store credit within 30 days (in original condition, not caked and with tags).
Boxing Day Sale
Starts on December 26th at 6:00am MST and ends December 27th at 11:59pm MST.
Discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Eligible Items
In-stock merchandise only: Only items that are currently in stock are included in the sale.
Exclusions: Gift cards or previously purchased items are not eligible for the discount. New purchases only.
Return and Exchange Policies
Final sale on discounted items: Be sure that these items are what you want/need. There are no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
Limits and Conditions
No combining offers: sale discounts cannot be stacked with Cush rewards or other discounts. Cush Rewards are not allowed to be used during sale periods.
Due to the volume of orders we receive during our annual Boxing Day sale, we are unable to make changes, add items to orders already placed, combine multiple orders to be shipped together, process orders out of sequence. If you place multiple orders for pick up, we are unable to search through orders to pull all of your orders. You will receive an email indicating when each of your orders are ready for pick up.
Winding: Due to volume, winding services are not available during sale periods.
Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping is not available during sale periods.
Shipping: Orders placed for shipping during sale period will be sent to carrier on the next business day that we are open (December 29th, 2026 for our Boxing Day sale).
Shipping Delays: Holiday shipping tends to be busy, we are unable to guarantee when your order will arrive due to carrier volume. Please watch the tracking with the carrier. If there are concerns with your order please send us an email at info@statementjunkie.com and include your name, order number and a brief description of what is happening with your order.
Local Pick-Up
When you place an order online and select ‘Local Pick-Up’, you will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come to the shop to pick up an order until you receive a notification that it is ready for pick-up.
Pick up times will be as follows:
December 28th 11:00am – 3:00pm
December 29th – December 30th 11:00am – 5:00pm
December 31st 11:00am – 2:00pm
January 1st, 2026 Closed
January 2nd 11:00am – 5:00pm
Returns for Online Orders:
Regular priced purchases: If you purchase an item and there is damage or an issue with the product, please email us at info@statementjunkie.com and provide your name, order number and a brief description of what the issue is.
We are not responsible for the cost incurred to ship the items back to the shop (postage fees). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We suggest adding tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your items in the shop we will issue a credit and notify you by email. The credit will be sent as a store credit on your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
