Refund policy
All products with the exception of yarn are final sale. This includes books, needles and sets, leather goods, notions, patterns, and any other products that do not fall into the yarn category.
Yarn purchased instore and online, may be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Yarn must be in original condition (not caked) and with tags. We do not accept returns outside of the 30 day window.
Gift Receipts
Items purchased as a gift and with a gift receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please let a sales associate know at checkout and request a gift receipt.
Gift Cards, Sale Items and Discounted Products
Items purchased on sale, clearance, on special sale dates or with gift card are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Online Orders:
Once we receive your items in the shop we will issue a store credit and notify you by email. The credit will be sent as store credit on your account.
We are not responsible for the cost incurred to ship the items back to the shop (postage fees). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We suggest adding tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
