SHIPPING RATES WITHIN CANADA

New Shipping Rates beginning February 1, 2021

Within Canada, Standard Expedited Parcel rates via Canada Post will apply and be calculated based on weight of package. 

LOCAL PICK UP

Live in and around the Sherwood Park, Alberta area and want to pick up your order? Select 'Pick Up' option at checkout and we will contact you via email when your order is ready and arrange a pick up time. 

SHIPPING RATES FROM CANADA TO UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States standard rates via Canada Post will apply and be calculated based on weight of package. Tracked and non-tracked shipping will be available. Additional charges for tracked shipments will apply. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We now ship to Australia, United Kingdom and Europe.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order is placed it will be sent out within two business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location, time of year, and customs. We use Canada Post to ship our items and you will receive a tracking number in the email provided that you can follow the transit of your package once shipped.

Note: shipping times may vary depending on conditions beyond our control. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding shipping times.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase and have a great experience with our shop. Items may be returned unused, unopened and in original condition within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Please note - we do not accept returns on yarn that has been caked.

Once we receive your items in the shop we will issue a refund and notify you by email.

We are not responsible for the cost incurred to ship the items back to the shop (postage fees).
