Learn to Knit: The World's Simplest Mittens
Taught by Andrea Marinic
Let’s knit a pair of mittens together! Mitten’s make a great gift for someone special or to have an extra pair in your bag or car for those unpredictable weather days. In this class we will be working through the pattern ‘The World’s Simplest Mitten’s by Tin Can Knits’. This is a free pattern generously provided to all by Tin Can Knits and can be found on Ravelry.com
This 2 day class will teach you to knit a pair of mittens in the round using with DPN’s, Magic Loop or 2 x 16” circular needles…your choice. Choose either technique you are comfortable with.
This class is not to teach you how to use magic loop or DPN's. You must have a firm understanding of either method you choose.
The pattern is written for yarn weights from fingering to Aran/Chunky and in sizes ranging from toddler to adult large. You can choose the size you would like to make but we will be knitting our mittens using Aran weight yarn.
