We are in love with the soft and squishy feel of Andrea Mowry's Ooey Gooey Cowl! This workshop is held over 5 classes and during the class you will learn the following techniques:

• Provisional cast on
• Working in the round
• Kitchener stitch
• Colourwork (working with two colours, managing floats)
• Working with charts
• Blocking finished work

Skills Required:

This is a great class for a beginner knitter however you should be comfortable with knitting, purling, working in the round and reading patterns.

You will need:

• US 4 | 3.5mm 16" circular needle or size needed to achieve gauge (a second needle of the same size will be needed to finish the cowl)
• MC - Sport weight wool 75g | 300 yards/275 meters
• CC - Lace weight yarn held double to achieve sport weight 75g | 492 yards/450 meters
• Waste yarn approximately. 1 meter
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle

The pattern calls for 75g of Suri Alpaca, we used 50 grams of KFO Mohair held double and had enough yarn to complete project
